How the custom process works:

1. Please message me on Instagram @thechokechain with details of what you’re wanting (style, size, materials, references, etc.).

2. If you’ve seen any custom or one-of-a-kind pieces you love, feel free to send them through — I can work with you to create something similar that aligns with your vision.

3. Once we’ve discussed your idea, I’ll provide a price based on the design and materials.

4. After pricing is confirmed, I’ll adjust the listing price on the Custom Order page for you to purchase.

5. Once your order is placed, I’ll begin hand-making your piece.

*Please note that custom orders take extra time as each item is made from scratch with care. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, but I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.*
